Joe Biden was nicknamed “sleepy” by Donald Trump . Anyway, after only 30 days of presidency, he was awake and bombed Syria. On 25 February Biden ordered to struck Syria in response to rocket attacks on American forces in the region, generating concern among Democratic lawmakers as he had not asked for the necessary congressional authorisation.

Si dans la tradition occidentale la guerre comme "poursuite de la politique par d'autres moyens" (Clausewitz), associe à la finalité, conçue par la politique (Zweck), des actes de violence pour imposer à l'autre notre volonté, le concept décisif de la violence étatique et de l'action guerrière sont-ils toujours essentiels à la rationalité politique du conflit belliqueux dans la pensée militaire chinoise?

Navalny n'est ni Lénine, ni Kravchenko, ni Soljénitsyne. Il ne porte ni la promesse révolutionnaire du premier, ni la dénonciation de la tyrannie et la quête de liberté du deuxième, ni encore la voix du goulag et l'âme profonde de la vieille Russie du troisième. Il ne s'élève pas contre les vices éternels du pouvoir et de leurs occupants éphémères, mais contre la vanité d'un autocrate, Poutine. Il ne combat pour une autre idée du régime, mais contre un Prince, qu'il accuse d'être vindicatif et corrompu.

Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny has stunned the Russian government, forcing President Vladimir Putin to confront significant protest. Navalny was nearly killed in August by the Novichok nerve agent but he survived after being airlifted from Russia to Germany, where he spent five months recovering.
